Each of the five rounds in Sweat Intervals consists of three butt kicking moves done for 30 seconds each, three times through with 30 seconds of rest in between each round.Similar to Cardio Challenge, each interval in Sweat Intervals usually consists of a lower body plyo power move, followed by a plank exercise, and topped off with another power or speed move.Not only will you notice your bodys endurance getting better and better, you will notice your mindwill power getting more resilient to hard things each time you get through this bad boy.
